The original design of this golf course is Robert Trent Jones Sr. The possibly best known and best designer of golf courses of all time. It has left its mark on the continents five here in Spain are the most well-known Real Golf de Sotogrande, Las Brisas, Marbella Golf and of course Valderrama. In 2006 the original project began to return, constructing the remaining 9 holes to finally conclude a championship 18-hole extra class.

After the game the extensive facilities invite you to relax. A terrace with a wonderful view on the first street and nice modern restaurant in the clubhouse give you the opportunity to share their experiences of the day. The traditional cuisine of the place with its seafood and fish from the Cadiz coast and meat from nearby Sierra de Cádiz provide the golfer renewed strength.

The golf course measures 6,150 meters from exit marks gentlemen and distinguished by its abundant vegetation. The first 9 holes are played on a parkland-course in the middle of the wonderful and spacious villas urbanization “San Andrés”. Here you are needed long and accurate shots to avoid water hazards and pine forests. In the second round they come into play countless old olive trees and three large lakes. Large greens invite the player to be overcome again and again.

The nine new holes are located in an olive farm, and grass that has been planted in the streets is reigrass, fescue and poa, and the greens , has been used bentgrass A1. The old holes have raised all to plantarles the same grass, and affix the electrical irrigation, which is the most modern of the market and the best to irrigate with wastewater coming from the treatment plant of La Barrosa.
